Chef Claudia Amezquita is an up-and-coming culinary talent who is working on bringing the warmth and soul of Colombian cuisine to Greenville, SC and its neighboring communities. Native from Cali, Colombia, she moved to the upstate with the dream to share her culture and love for food with new audiences, and pursue her culinary career after dedicating the last decade to travel, study, work and learn.

Claudia has made a name for herself as a comfort food specialist, who offers an authentic taste of home as a new culinary experience that promises to feel like a warm embrace, blending traditional Colombian flavors with local and seasonal ingredients.

After working for different local businesses in the industry, being mentored by local chefs and participating in local food festivals, she gained recognition in the community, paving the way for the creation of Modelo Private Dining, a brand that honors her Colombian roots while celebrating local talent and flavors.

Our grazing table service is ideal to be enjoyed during gatherings, perfect for a cocktail hour or hors D’oeuvre stations, or on its own for your social meetings. It is a personalized service that adjusts to your guests and needs, which makes it ideal to be part of smaller events like birthday parties, bachelorette parties, brunch with friends, to corporate parties, weddings, baby showers and graduation.
